Lidwina Schembri Wismayer – Aquatics Teacher

Lidwina Schembri Wismayer is a mother of three and a qualified Occupational Therapist. After practicing as an OT for 19 years she decided to make a career change and pursue her passion for water and early childhood development. Establishing Giggle’n’Splash in 2014, Lidwina feels that her expertise as an OT provides her with a solid foundation of knowledge and sensitivity which she transfers to her Baby and Toddler Aquatics classes. She is adamant that the approach offered at Giggle’n’Splash is gentle and child-led and that it nurtures respect towards the child as an individual. Lidwina is an experienced and fully qualified Baby and Toddler Aquatics teacher and holds the following qualifications:

STA (UK) Level 3 Diploma in Aquatic Teaching – Baby & Pre-School
BIRTHLIGHT (UK) Diploma in Infant Aquatics
STA (UK) Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher Award Level 2
BIRTHLIGHT (UK) Certificate in Special Baby & Toddler Swimming
Safety Award for Swimming Teachers
First Aid trained
Associate member of Swimming Teachers Association (STA)

Sabrina Doublesin – Aquatics Teacher

Sabrina Doublesin attended Giggle’n’Splash classes with her two sons when they were little. She converted from an enthusiastic swimming mummy to a dedicated Aquatics teacher. Her love of water and her gentle smile make her much loved by her little students. Sabrina holds the following qualifications:
